How does working with Shorefront Investments work?

Working with Shorefront Investments is simple. All you have to do is submit some basic information on the “Sell My House” submission form.
Once that happens, the information will be sent to us, we will review the submission and give you a call to discuss your home and your situation.
After talking with you, we will be able to create a solution that will be a win/win for the both of us. We will make you an offer within 48 hours.

What is the timeframe from start to finish?

After we receive your information, we can usually make you an offer within 48 hours. After we have a signed “purchase & sales agreement” closing can take place, in as fast as 10 days.

Will you pay a “fair” price for my property?

Just as every homeowner’s situation is unique, so is the process in which we determine what an appropriate offer for your house might be.
We take into consideration the condition of the home, cost of repairs that need to be made, the current local market conditions, as well as the urgency of the situation.

What fees do you charge your services?

There is no fee to the home seller for our services.

My property is listed with an agent, does that mater?

If your property is already listed, we will definitely need to talk to your agent, or you will need to cancel your listing agreement before I can make you offer.
We build strong relationships with local agents and will not cut them out of a transaction.

Do you only buy houses or will you buy condos, manufactured homes, apartments, etc?

Shorefront Restorations buys all types of real estate.  So please don’t hesitate to submit your multi-family, single family, condo, or townhome to us for review.

What if I have my property rented?

If your home is currently rented…don’t worry. We can buy your house and assume your position in the rental agreement.

What if my tenants aren’t paying rent?

That is ok too! We do ask that you let us know when we talk. This way, our expert Property Management Team can build a plan.

Do I have to make repairs on my property before I sell it ?

No, Shorefront Restorations will purchase the home in its “as-is” condition. You will not need to clean or make any repairs to the property before selling to us.
